Curl Education offers opportunities for you to increase your knowledge of developing Curl applications. Our comprehensive training programs provide hands-on experience to help you maximize your use of the product features of Curl.
Curl's training courses will easily jump-start your learning process, or help bring you closer to the expert level. We'll show you how to bring the advantages of rich internet applications to your Web development efforts. Our curriculum includes courses that are structured by lecture topics and corresponding interactive examples. All courses include hands-on practice exercises that result in a quality learning experience.
Course Offerings
Choose from one or a combination of the available training courses. In order to best meet your needs, contact a Curl representative and we will assemble an effective training path for you.
Curl Language Fundamentals | This course teaches students about Curl language fundamentals including language basics, programming with classes, and user interface basics. |
Visual Layout Editor | This course teaches students how to interactively build graphical layouts using the Curl Visual Layout Editor (VLE), a drag and drop environment for layout design. |
Application Development | This course is designed around the construction of a web-based application providing server-to-client functionality with rich data visualization. It provides students with practical experience in designing and building Web-based solutions using the Curl language. |
Curl WBTViewer
Each course is delivered using the Curl WBTViewer. The WBTViewer is an interactive environment designed using the Curl language specifically for delivering training information. It provides live content allows for self-directed, self-paced instruction.
Currently, the WBTViewer supports three Curl courses: Curl Language Fundamentals, Visual Layout Editor, and Application Development. Each course will contain lecture slides, supporting notes, examples, quizzes, and exercises.

Once a course is launched, you are free to move about to any section. However, it is recommended that you move through the course sequentially. In most cases, the topics from the lessons will build and the exercises will assume that you have completed the topics from prior lessons.
