Hello All,
I am very new to this community and also its my first post, I have a one question, can i use this control with .net application, i suppose it is using soap then yes.. can someone confirm me .

Your question is very vage. Curl is a programming language for Rich Internet Applications. You can programme (nearly) whatever you want. You can use soap or implement a propritory protocol to communicate with a server... There a plenty of possibilities.
If you precise your requirements you might get a more satisfying answer. Sorry.

I think i got my answer, correct me if i am wrong, we can create rich internet control through curl and can use in any of our appliaction ( jave, php and offcourse .net right, Its almost same like applet...

As Friedger said, its able to do a lot more than create controls but it can do that too.
