I have the feeling you got in the wrong forum. This is about the Curl Rich Application Framework, not the command line tool curl. Have a look around here, maybe you want to switch fom C to Curl?

Friedger is right. There are two software solutions called "curl". There is Curl the Rich Internet Applcation langauge and platform (that's us) and the open source cURL project which as *nix utility. You want the later which you can find at http://curl.haxx.se/
